Residential Project

This project is a bedroom with an en-suite and walk-in-wardrobe for a millennial couple who have a warehouse conversion residential space. The clients wanted a calming space, which they can relax in with a sufficient workspace that must be separate from this calm space.

Apartment Warehouse Conversion

This project is a conversion of the 5th level of existing warehouse space in Surry hills into two apartments for two different type of demographics with varying price ranges. Both of the apartment’s spaces include one-two bedrooms, one bathroom, laundry, pantry and have a focus around an open-plan kitchen, living and dining areas. The design for each apartment vary in style to accommodate the differing demographics, yet, uphold the client’s brand and maintain the unique features of the building.

Victorian Terrace

This project is a Victorian terrace for a young couple in their 30s with a 5-year-old son and a small dog. The space can change over time as the family grows and their interests and needs evolve. The design considers an innovative approach to lighting, spatial planning and the connection between the exterior and interior.

This project was to bring new life and new design into the library of Paddington, by celebrating its historical roots while embracing modern and contemporary design. By utilising the original hall space, it will allow a focus on adding more spaces to sit, relax, study and more.
